Merit Points Program Now Open – Apply by November 15, 2025!

Dear AACN-PBC Members,

We are pleased to announce that the Merit Points Program for 2025 is now open for applications!

This program is designed to recognize and reward your professional engagement, leadership, and contributions to AACN and AACN-PBC initiatives.

Eligibility: All active AACN-PBC members from 2024 (or earlier) through 2025 are eligible to apply.

Application Instructions

1. Download and enable the Merit Points PDF form for editing.

2. Type directly into the form fields. Illegible handwriting or illegible scanned/photo documents will not be accepted.

3. Email the completed form and all supporting attachments to: excellence411@gmail.com

4. Deadline: November 15, 2025
