PBCAACN 2021 Community Outreach Fundraising Event

Greetings from your local chapter the Palm Beach County American Association of Critical Care Nurses!

It is that time of year to show our local community that the nurses stand behind them. Every year we pick out charities that are near and dear to our hearts and that make a difference in our community.

This year we decided that we wanted to graciously give to two local nonprofit charities Boca Helping Hands and The Lords Place. Both charities offer numerous programs that include but are not limited to providing meals, medical and financial assistance to the homeless and underserved population in Palm Beach County. The Lords Place also offers a range of safe and affordable housing, job training and employment, street outreach and engagement for the homeless and youth counseling, mentoring and tutoring.

As one of the most trusted professionals in our community it is our duty to show support to these organizations that help serve these vulnerable populations. This year we are asking to have 100 percent participation from all of our members to donate to reach our goal of $500.00. We are hoping though to well exceed this goal by your generous donations.
