This is for your activities and achievements from July 1, 2020 – June 30, 2021.

Fill-out the attached Merit Points application form and email it to excellence411@gmail.com by November 30, 2021.  

In 2019, the Board and Officers of PBC AACN voted to revise the Merit points and here are some of the highlights:

• Each point is worth $1.00!
• Additional categories to earn credit!
• Increased values to each category earns you more money for participation!
• Points will NOT expire in ONE year but in THREE years from each submission allowing you to accumulate more points/money to use for larger redemptions!

Submission period is September 14, 2021 – November 30, 2021 so be sure to get your submissions in time!
