Applications Now Open: 2025 Merit Points Program! 

We’re excited to announce that the Merit Points Program for 2025 is officially open! 

This program recognizes and rewards your professional engagement, leadership, and contributions to AACN-PBC initiatives.

Eligibility:
All active AACN-PBC members from 2024 (or earlier) through 2025 are eligible to apply.

How to Apply:

1.  Download and enable the Merit Points PDF form for editing.
2. Type directly into the form fields — handwritten or unclear scans/photos will not be accepted.
3. Email your completed form and supporting documents to excellence411@gmail.com

Deadline: November 15, 2025
